Rugby Union is the global expression of the sport, played in 7s, 10s, and 15s formats. Through Union, our athletes unlock opportunities that reach far beyond Ghana connecting with the Ghana Rugby Football Union (GRFU), Africa and the international rugby community. Our programs cater to ages 6 โ 40, preparing athletes for competition and leadership on and off the field.
